It has been an exciting couple of weeks back and it is great to see so many happy and busy students!
It is important however to take time out of our busy day to day lives to think about our health and well being so if you can’t head down to the atrium for a break or to see us at our i-zone, remember to take 30 minutes out for yourself at home!
This week the University of Manchester is supporting the well being of all students.
As well as exciting activities taking place in the new Well Being rooms in the Simon Building which you can find out about here, there are also exclusive competitions and well being activities taking place in our i-zone on the Ground Floor of University Place.

On Thursday between 10am and 12pm we will be holding a student coffee morning with a selection of yummy bakes and treats in the Atrium on the 1st floor of University Place.
