The Personal Device Support Desk is a free, walk-up service for all students to get advice about using their devices; whether they be tablets, smartphones or laptops. They offer advice on the following issues:
- Software setup, troubleshooting and general advice
- Virus and malware removal
- Connecting equipment to the network, including WiFi and VPN
- Mobile device setup
- General hardware advice
The desk is open 10am – 6pm, Monday – Friday at the 1st Floor, Alan Gilbert Learning Commons.
