Are you staying in Manchester for the holidays?
I know most of our students will be heading back home for the Christmas holidays, and they will be enjoying the delights of a full fridge and unlimited heating. But for those of you staying behind there are lots of things happening in Manchester to keep you entertained (in between revision!)
If you haven’t been to the Christmas Markets yet in the city centre they are definitely worth a visit. Though the food stalls can be a tad pricey they will definitely put you in a Christmassy mood.
If you fancy venturing further afield Chester also has a Christmas Market (and a zoo!) and is only an hour away on the train. York, Leeds and Liverpool are all very near to Manchester too and well worth a day out.
