Tuna, tomato and courgette skewers

2 large tuna steaks, 115-150g each, cut into chunky cubes
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp five-spice powder
splash of olive oil
salt and pepper
1 red onion, quartered and separated
12 cherry tomatoes
2 small courgettes sliced
You also need 8 wooden skewers
- Soak the skewers in cold water for 30 minutes before using. Put the tuna, lemon juice, five-spice and oil in a bowl, and mix well to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Thread the tuna, onion, tomatoes and courgettes onto the skewers. Cook in a grill pan for 3-5 minutes on each side, until the tuna is seared. Serve immediately.
