Last Wednesday here at the Atrium, we hosted our first ever Wellbeing Wednesday event: Path to Calm, which proved to be a success with over 200 of you taking part-wow! We all had great fun organising the event which included a free breakfast, free smoothies and free massages. We would like to thank everyone who popped along, and the feedback we received from you guys has been very positive and encouraging, with your favourite part being the free massage. 🙂 We really hope you enjoyed the day and found the activities useful and that you came away from the event feeling de-stressed and relaxed. With the Easter holidays in full swing, remember to keep calm during the revision period and manage your workload effectively but remember to fit some fun activities in there too!
