Wellbeing Wednesdays will be returning to campus again for another day jam-packed with activities to get involved in with this theme being Be Calm. With exams looming, it’s inevitable that you will be starting to feel the pressure. To help avoid the revision blues and to combat your stress levels, we have a series of stress-busting activities tailor-made for the upcoming exam season. These will include Mindfulness meditation drop-ins and stress management sessions taking place in a variety of locations across campus. In addition to these activities, The Atrium will be hosting a “Path to Calm” event where you will be able to visit our laughing station, chill out in our relaxation area, sample some scrumptious mood foods and smoothies, and unwind with our 1 minute massage session.
