Take part in Earth Week to find out! Earth Week’s aim is to raise awareness of the global issues facing future generations to come and the SU has laid on a series of fantastic initiatives including interactive exhibitions, special lectures and exciting events across campus including a Food Festival and a Bike Festival.

Here at The Atrium we will be joining forces with the SU and hosting events throughout the week. Join us from 10am-2pm each day to check out our wide range of interactive exhibitions which will include sampling free food with the Bread Co-op, information about the future of energy with an interactive simulation of how nuclear energy works as well as an insight into sustainable living and the dangers of global warming.

Visit the Sustainable Food Festival as part of Earth Week this Monday on the ground floor of University Place for freebies of the delectable kind.
The event will include:
- Pancake tasting
- Fruit and veg stall
- Milking challenge
Manchester Veg People will be offering soup samples with veg that has been organically grown around Manchester.
